Entirely agreed. I did this tour aswell, September 2010, and it was so interesting and entertaining. My group consisted in an american couple on their 25th anniversary honeymoon, people from Spain and Turkey, 2 english female teachers, and me, a german, female, Abitur. I have to admid, language-wise there might be cobble stones, but the 2 gentlemen who guide the tour and slip into different roles are very nice and easy, and won't hesitate to answer any questions whatsoever. Besides you get to see a couple of very unique pubs in combinaton with their histories you would not see otherwise. Thoroughly enjoyable, highly recommendable, especially if you only have a few days for Edinburgh - plus : I did not experience any rain at all ... Cheers Stephanie
